I walked in with three toddlers, my hands full, and unfortunately dropped the baby’s glass bottle, which shattered everywhere. I felt terrible and immediately apologized. The entire staff was extremely kind and understanding about it. While they were cleaning up, Christian went out of his way to help me find the screw-on ripple part for the bottle. His patience and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to everyone for the great customer service.
