She charged everything separately so you don't get your special discounted combination offers. And the only solution suggested was: to file a complaint online. Even for some $2 rip off. There are far better and cleaner sit-in no tip coffee shops within a block or two on the same street.

It was hard and rubbery. I couldn't even bite through it. I tried calling the location but their number is conveniently not working. I had to go elsewhere and purchase another bagel, fresh! First time I encounter this at that location. Don't they keep track of their bagels. They cut it in half for me. Im sure they could tell how hard it was, unless they didn't care. Shame on Dunkin Donuts
