- MAM ANov 25, 20251.0Last weekend, I bit into a blueberry muffin and immediately felt something pulling. When I looked closer, I discovered that a long black hair was baked into the muffin itself. I have attached a photo and a video clearly showing the hair embedded in the product. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning from a food safety and sanitation standpoint. I wanted to report this incident so it can be addressed promptly to prevent it from happening to other customers. I wrote a letter to the customer service, in hopes they would rectify the situation, but have yet to hear anything from them.
