I go to this Dunkin often and it’s usually good. I understand that there will be new hires but shouldn’t they be well trained before being left to tend to customers ? I was in a hurry to get to an appt so I didn’t go back to complain.

When I opened the bag of donuts (while driving away), I noticed that all three donuts were hard and crusty. The quality control has also changed here. I won't be going back.
