I’ve had plenty of good experiences in this store, but today just rubbed me the wrong way. I asked for a small drip coffee, the response from the barista was something to the degree of I’ve never heard it called drip coffee and asks me to repeat the size. I’m not sure if it was just me but I felt a little Starbucks vibes, like when you order a small coffee and the barista says you mean a venti or whatever the lingo is. I’ve always known it by drip or brewed coffee, guess I’m the idiot. Was kind of disappointed in the way the whole order and response went down but hey, some people have off days…no harm no foul, maybe they truly never heard the term drip coffee? I also feel like Dunkin’ can lower the cost of a small black coffee to something between 2.50-2.75, while DD coffee is far superior than Starbucks I find spending $3 on a small cup of bean juice to be absurd. I could understand if I used a 1/4 cup of creamer…but black… come on man

First of all, charged me for a pup cup!!!! What store charges for a pup cup? A tablespoon of whipped cream. I spent $7 on two SMALL hot chocolates that were extremely under filled. I will drive out of my way to another location.

Used to love this dunkin but recently it’s just been bad experiences. This specific time I mobile ordered 3 chipotle and hashbrown wake up wraps with bacon and EXTRA sauce, (putting big emphasis because they make you pay for extra) tell me why I only got a wrap with just hashbrown and cheese. I get mistakes happen but come on. Mind you I went at 5:30am on a Saturday morning the lady didn’t even greet me and was on her phone. the whole store was empty and my order was the only one on the counter so there’s no reason for it to be wrong. Just so unfair can’t even get what a girl orders.
