- JJJevaughn Reynolds (Jev)Aug 5, 20251.0While grabbing my lunch yesterday from another restaurant, I was gonna buy my drinks at Dunkin. I was greeted in the parking lot by an older Indian man who started to warn me that if I wasn’t buying from Dunkin they (actually he) would have my car towed. I was very turned off by this and decided to just grab my lunch (from the next restaurant) and leave instead of bothering to purchase my drink from Dunkin’. While returning to my car I saw this same older Indian man on the phone making a call but when he saw me coming back he put his phone away and started threatening me that next time he will call the cops and have my car towed. I straight up ignored him and he started shouting and hurling insults multiple times that I shouldn’t come back there. I’m going to report this incident to head quarters and this was a very distasteful interaction and you just lost yourself a lifelong Dunkin customer.

- MCManuela CaiatiJan 3, 20231.0Today I ordered another ice cream cake for my daughter's bday even though last year they totally screwed up her order because the person who made the cakes had COVID and they didn't tell me until too late. Well today they at least called to tell me that the person has COVID again and they need to cancel my order (which is for 4 days from now). BUT here is the kicker - I spent 25 mins calling the BR 1800 number to cancel the order because they absolutely could not cancel it at the store. I will NEVER order another cake from this store again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
