- KKkaoryOct 18, 20252.0The older Hispanic lady serving there was so rude. Before I even got to tell her my order she already seemed annoyed and already had an attitude. I don’t go to subway often so I’m not too familiar with everything. No matter how polite I was she seemed annoyed by my presence. I understand because I also work with customers but that is no way to treat anyone, especially someone who didn’t even disrespect you. I had just gotten off a busy shift dealing with customers, so if I have the energy to be a decent human after a long day she should too. I’m not asking for her to be jolly and skipping around with joy because I know working in the food service industry is not sunshine and rainbows, I just ask for the same respect I give and decency. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here. I have interacted with other employees here and they’re friendly but she’s an issue.
