  Be careful here, the owner/manager told me the final price was 13.85 but when i went to swipe my card he had added a $2 tip without asking me. There was no option for a tip that came up on the screen so it seemed like he just added it in from his end hoping I wouldn't notice. I did not realize until I read the receipt in my car. Also they are stingey with ingredients here even when the store is empty. He only put 3 slices of cheese on my footlong when the subway standard is 4. Would not come here again.

  The older Hispanic lady serving there was so rude. Before I even got to tell her my order she already seemed annoyed and already had an attitude. I don’t go to subway often so I’m not too familiar with everything. No matter how polite I was she seemed annoyed by my presence. I understand because I also work with customers but that is no way to treat anyone, especially someone who didn’t even disrespect you. I had just gotten off a busy shift dealing with customers, so if I have the energy to be a decent human after a long day she should too. I’m not asking for her to be jolly and skipping around with joy because I know working in the food service industry is not sunshine and rainbows, I just ask for the same respect I give and decency. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here. I have interacted with other employees here and they’re friendly but she’s an issue.

  The Indian lady owner is extremely stingy and lies about prices and deals. She refused to honor the advertised free 3rd cookie claiming value meal is not eligible to receive the free 3rd cookie. She only puts 4 slices of cucumber and tomato in a foot long sandwich while ALL other Subways put 6 slices. The amount of spinach and onion she puts in the sandwich is laughably low. I have to ask her to put more in over 3 or 4 times and she puts in only 1 or 2 leaves upon each request. The sandwich is never wrapped properly comparing to the other Subways that I frequently visit. The Spanish lady is actually nice and polite. She often apologizes on the owner's behalf secretly. Another gentleman who works at this subway is generous, polite, and professional. But he hasn't been seen for awhile now. After today, I will probably never set foot here because the owner charged me $2.80 for the value meal while the published price on the board says $2.60. When questioned, she pointed at the caloric count 280 next to soda and claimed that is the price. She eventually poured a bunch of pennies into my hand and scolded me for holding up other customers. The problem is not the 20 cents different. The problem is the dishonesty and unprofessional conducts. An official complaint will be filed with Subway headquarter if I can find out how.
