  The food was good and the staff were friendly and professional. There are many comments in reviews here about the tipping situation, and I agree that the model is highly unclear. Firstly, the menu is online via QR code. When you pull it up the first few pages had some general info which my group skipped past to see what we want to order. We ordered, enjoyed the meal and then got the check which seemed a little higher than I would have thought but I didn't pay much mind, the credit card machine showed the usual 15% 20% options to tip and I choose 20 since the service was good. Later I was showing the menu to a friend and read that there was a service charge added to the bill above the menu prices. So effectively, I tipped over 30%. The restaurant has responded do comments in the reviews by saying they're paying their staff a living wage. I think this is noble, but should be clearly spelled out as in that case a 15 or 20% tip is not required. I probably would still added to the tip to get to 20% overall but this is a confusing and unclear way to handle pricing. The menu items are priced competitively with other restaurants who use normal tipping practices, so you end up paying more for the same thing. If you visit, enjoy the service and the meal but beware of the fees

  Food was absolutely delicious — 10/10, no complaints at all. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. It took about 20 minutes for our waitress to even approach our table, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy, there were only about four other tables occupied. She spent a lot of time at the front counter talking with other servers and on her phone, and after that only checked on us, me and my boyfriend, every 30–45 minutes. This is actually my third time coming here, and the same issue has happened every single visit. The restaurant itself is nice and the portions are very filling, but because the poor service has been consistent, I don’t plan on returning.

  I absolutely adore this place, the food is great. The coffee is amazing and not bitter and I would definitely only be coming here for coffee even though I’m not even a big coffee drinker. I took my mom to this place and the vibe and ambience is amazing. I’m not sure if they are short of staff because there was a lack of service checks at tables. I do understand it can get busy but guests like to know you’re checking in. We were ready for our check for 20 minutes and had to go on a search of our waiter. Even when trying to ask another waiter, we still didn’t receive our check till another 15 minutes after asking. We did get caught up taking pictures to kill the time but it did make the experience less pleasing, especially given we as consumers had to fill in for the lacks of your business which felt like I was clocking in for a job I’m not getting paid for.

  This writer loves all things pink. The decor did not disappoint. The process is, in my personal genx opinion, I guess modern and a little automated. Upon or before entry you enter into a digital queue. Once our party of 4 was seated, our allotted time of 1.5 hours began. Tick tick tick... The lovely pink chairs are very comfortable! tick tick tick... As with many restaurants since covid, you scan the qr code for their menu... tick tick tick... waitress takes about 12 minutes to come over to the table to take our full orders, drinks and food ...tick tick tick... drinks took an addition 14 minutes to arrive and were not all brought out together. The serving plates, bowls, etc were all lovely shades of pink and I was loving the gold utensils. tick tick tick... Food was not brought out together. tick tick tick ... Food was okay, not spectacular, just okay. Wait... they do not offer pork, however, I did have their beef bacon, which I have never ever had anywhere before and it was exceptional! tick tick tick... we did not have enough time (tick tick tick) to take photos in the cute areas before leaving as we slightly exceeded our tick tick tick... 1.5 hour allotment. Ample parking. Restrooms are one person use and fully accessible. I would recommend for the aesthetics. One time is groovey. Bucket list ... tick.
