Two occasions back to back they served me old bagels with cream cheese. Do not recommend. This place was the only place kept their bagels perfect without toasting but it is gone now. Will not come here 30 minutes to get my breakfast.

I visited on Wednesday around 9:30–10 AM, and the employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude from start to finish. When I tried to place my order, he rushed me and seemed annoyed that I needed a moment. When I got to the window, I asked to add my Dunkin’ rewards, but he told me he had already scanned the payment and made no effort to help fix it. To make matters worse, when he handed me my order, I politely asked for ketchup. Instead of simply giving it to me, he told me I “should look in the bag first before asking.” His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and made me feel very upset and uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.
