    Wednesday 10/1/25, my husband and I went to the Somers Point, NJ drive-thru, we live 30 miles from that area, but while passing by we felt like a coffee. Dunking Donuts was always a sure bet! That has changed so much! Not sure we'll visit Dunkin again, as this is the second time (different store) we've had below par experience. First off, asked for 2 medium coffees, cream only. Decided to ask for donuts as well...they were out of the first three I asked for. Drive around to not be greeted by a person, just an arm....I guess he was too exhausted to actually step over to say hello! I said I didn't order them, as he is handing me Iced Coffees. "So, what did you order?" I had to tell him again. Started to drive, hot coffee (as always, I love, but couldn't take a sip yet), 10 minutes from home and finally took my first sip. OH MY GOODNESS....it was horrible.....basically a cup of hot cream. Opened the lid and it was almost white. 10.67 down the drain. Not happy, I called to wait 38 minutes at which point the call disconnected. I called back and opted for the call back option....no surprise, but not call back that was 5pm yesterday. I want a refund, I will find it hard to go back unless you dial back to your old standards. I am over being taken advantaged of by Big business. In closing....start training people to have social skills, or don't hire those lacking in such! It's retail, it's a necessity. Thank you! Paula PS, I received a reply from corporate that someone from this store will reach out...hmmm! Also, today received a survey asking about our experience, which one would think my email to corporate would have explained everything!

    I typically do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I visited Dunkin’ around 2:00 PM when there were only a few cars in line. While paying for my order, I politely asked the manager (Scott) at the register if I could add three donuts, as long as it wasn’t an inconvenience. I was surprised by how rudely this request was handled. The manager told me the donuts I wanted were unavailable, but shortly after, a very kind employee named Josh stepped in and informed me they actually had plenty of those donuts. He went out of his way to assist me and made sure I was taken care of, despite how dismissive and condescending the manager had been. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years and have never had an issue until today. I simply wanted to acknowledge Josh for his professionalism and excellent customer service.

    Manager Scott was a complete jerk off to his staff. He was yelling at staff and belittling them in front of my family and several other customers. What I witnessed as a customer is grounds for a lawsuit for contributing to a hostile work environment. The owners of this franchise should really reconsider having Scott manage this store. My daughters frozen coffee drink tasted like shaved ice with no flavoring, we had to ask the worker to add a few pumps of liquid sugar so it was drinkable....my husband asked for a 10 ct munchkin with chocolate and glazed only and it came back with all the flavors. Good thing we ordered inside so we didn't have all these issues going through drive thru.
