  I had a Great experience with the young lady at the self checkout register. I came in for a few items and one didn’t ring up correctly. Paige, came over, I showed her what was wrong and she call someone to go to the shelf. They came back and she fixed the computer price error. It was quick and easy. She was polite and friendly and it was a great process.

  We Purchase starkist tuna fish that was outdated this was December 31st 2025 tried to return them January 8th and was told to go and get new ones they had curtains with the same date December 28th 2025 but we just brought back so they were outdated so I was told since I had starkist replacement coupons which is something that if you have a problem with the company they send them to replace what you had a problem with so I was told I get nothing back because I didn't spend anything and I explained then give me back the starkist replacement coupons they didn't have them so it was like your beat try coming back another time when we have up-to-date products does that sound right to you first of all Acne shouldn't be allowed to sell outdated products and then have cases more that should be taken off the shelf so now I got to check in to find out when they get up-to-date products to replace something that shouldn't be sold in the first place this should be addressed by somebody somewhere selling outdated products so if this happened to me it can also happen to you hopefully someone in upper management realizes this is illegal and unprofessional the associate was very nice but told us policy said can't do nothing about it return them another time when we have up-to-date stock we had purchased 5 of them we live in Egg Harbor Township and the Acme is in Somers Point so one trip to buy them one trip that couldn't return them on January 8th 2025 now have to go back and hope they have them up to date to replace them just seems like the customer is left out there had to be something for us that the Acme could have done give us a credit or replace them with something else for all our inconvenience and for as you will see with the receipt the products dates December 31st 2025 were purchased the products for outdated December 28th 2025 and like I say we went back to replace them on January 8th they still had cases that were outdated same date December 28th 2025 so I brought some of them up to the courtesy and showed them they all had the same date which was December 28th 2025 they need to take them off the shelf how many other people have bought them and are sy buying them shame on Acme we'll see what kind of company they are and yes I would love them to get in touch with me +++++++;+++++++++++++ Today is January 28th almost 3 weeks ago nobody got in touch with me what do you say I'm stuck with your outdated food totally unacceptable I hope the people that read this acknowledge how unprofessional you can get away with selling outdated food I will not shop in your store again this is the way you treat senior citizens how Petty this is why stores as big as they are you read they're going out of business because it all catches up to you how you don't care about people or senior citizens shame on you
