I did notice that everyone in there was new. I’m kinda upset because I loved going there in the morning. I always got a smile and they would tell me to have a good day. Might be the time to find another one. One highly disappointed customer.

The female manager goes out of her way to always greet me by name and makes sure I am doing well, which puts a smile on my face. I don't get to stop as frequent as I like but when I do she is so kind and helpful. They always make sure my order is correct and if its not they correct it. This Dunkin is always efficient and fast. I love how much they improved from the past when it was run, they seem to work as a team and help each other and always have a minute for the guest! I highly recommend it here and I prefer this Dunkin as opposed to the Dunkin that is closer to my house!
