    Each time I stop at this location, which is many times, they all treat me very kind and basically I can as friends since I am there so much

    Terrible service!! Slow!! Slow!!! Slow fire everyone and get new workers waited 15 minutes in the drive through line for 1 coffee!!! And there was only 3 cars ahead of me!! I sat at the window for 5 minutes while employees walked around and did nothing!!

    The staff here in the morning is always so kind. The female manager goes out of her way to always greet me by name and makes sure I am doing well, which puts a smile on my face. I don't get to stop as frequent as I like but when I do she is so kind and helpful. They always make sure my order is correct and if its not they correct it. This Dunkin is always efficient and fast. I love how much they improved from the past when it was run, they seem to work as a team and help each other and always have a minute for the guest! I highly recommend it here and I prefer this Dunkin as opposed to the Dunkin that is closer to my house!

    Pulled up at 5:15ish AM for breakfast. Nobody answered drive thru and outside lights off , pulled around to first window and a lady wiping her eyes like she just woke up said “ no food only hot coffee.” If your hours say you open at 5AM , be ready to serve people coming to pay your at that time.

    Service takes FOR EVER.. they also just close & open whenever they want.. the hours are very unreliable. If you don’t have all day to sit in their drive thru waiting for a coffee, I’d suggest going somewhere else.
