sat in line from 1:49-1:58am… finally got to the speaker & got screamed at “WE ARE CLOSEDDDDDD” like what? i just sat in ur line that you only had 2 cars before me… 1 car behind me too… like how do yall just kick ppl out ur line when ur the ones taking forever to make ordered and it’s not even 2am yet and that when u CLOSEEEEE. workers r always rude at this place and unhelpful. if u don’t wanna work in customer service and at wendy’s, GO ELSEWHERE. miserable ppl.

April 25 around 1:30 PM — this location was dealing with a perfect storm of in-store customers, DoorDash orders, and nonstop traffic. Despite the chaos, the manager and her team handled it exceptionally well. They stayed organized, worked efficiently, and kept orders moving as quickly as possible.
That kind of composure under pressure doesn’t go unnoticed. This crew clearly knows how to manage a rush, and they deserve recognition for it.

All the staff working were very generous while taking my order and being patient with me. Jade was amazing and so was the GM Lisa who made me feel extra special just by holding conversation while waiting my food. Everything was FRESH, FAST, and PERFECT exactly what I ordered. These ladies definitely need need to be rewarded for their customer service and their drive to make the customers food to order and just being KIND, with smiles on their faces.

I usually don't complain but the last few times I picked up food, always the same order two $6 biggie bags both the same, once it was only one order of french fries the last couple I was shorted the nuggets, this time only one order of nuggets, they weren't busy, they weren't understaffed they just don't care.if I pay for something I expect to receive it , guess it's my fault for not checking the bag before I pulled away

I have been to this location many many times both as a customer myself and as a doordasher picking up orders for other people. I have not once in my entire time entering this location ever seen the employees wearing gloves. Most importantly, the employees handling the food do not wear gloves. I watched a young lady with my own eyes individually count chicken nuggets one by one and put them into the holder with her bare hands. She the. Wiped her hands on her pants and moved on to someone else's food.
Aside from the poor food safety/handling from the employees, I have also on several occasions seen the only black person in the building who also happened to be a woman doing heavy lifting and freezer stock. There were several other people on shift with at least two of them being men but for some reason it was a task assigned to the only black woman in the building.
I've called their corporate line about both of these issues at least twice but nothing appears to have changed with the way this location chooses to run their business.
