  Sandwiches used to be much bigger. Got 2 primo sized sandwiches for 33 bucks and the meat was pretty skimpy in mine. Also probably a good 3 inches smaller than they used to be. I won't be returning

  Disgusting that you used all the ends of the turkey. Nothing but skin and fat. Will never come to your store again. You should never serve anyone anything you would not eat yourself. Should be perfect for $15. All the employees were talking to.each other the entire time I waited for my disgusting $15 hoagie. The two girls in the front taking the orders were more interested in each other than taking orders. While I waited, they went in the back room to talk some more while people waited for their take out orders. I would never eat at this establishment again. I didn't realize they used the end of the turkey which was pure fat and skin. I threw it out when I got home. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

  I drove 10 minutes to get a hoagie after not eating all day. I was craving the one I always get. I bought it and drove home after a long day at work. I took three bites and realized that they hadn't put any coleslaw on it. I called to just let them know. They offered to make me a new hoagie to go pick up or give me a refund. Keep in mind that I did not ask for anything; I just wanted to let them know in case it was a new person making them. AMAZING customer service! 👏 👌 🙌 👍 😀

  I always loved the nonne sandwich but was very disappointed this time. The eggplant had skin which I have never experienced with my other nonne's. Also I don't understand why there is so much pepper on the broccoli rabe when they have a diablo nonne sandwich. Also I got the primo size which was quite soggy and not cut.in half. The sandwich was good but not up too the standard of previous ones.
