  never go to this location because it's always a problem here! i get it, you work at mcdonald's it's busy but have some respect for the money people work hard to earn i buy food from here bite into a chicken nugget it's not even cooked and cold on the inside cold fries missing double cheese burger the disrespect towards the customers at this location is sad for the people spending there hard earned money here. i'll be bringing the food back in a bag with the receipt for my money back tomorrow tired of being sold food that isn't even cooked can't even eat this stuff heated up in microwave still taste awfull

  Dear Wackarnolds, If I order ahead online and then have to wait almost 15 minutes to even get to window 1, shouldn't my food be ready by the time I get to window 2? Don't answer that; its rhetorical. Not this Wackarnolds. Then I sit another 15 minutes in the parking lot only to have half my order get brought out. Then have to weight another 10 minutes for 2 measly burgers..... terrible.

  The manager on duty has no problem solving or customer resolution skills. They messed up my order and added an extra kids frie in the happymeal and the fries spilled and she claimed that she has to take them back out to give me the apple slices i asked for. Disgusting. I just asked for my money back. This was on mrch 7th at 6:20pm whoever this was needs to re re-trained.

  When pull to the second window this Hispanic guy with a navy blue sweater vest hands me my food I went through the bag to make sure all items were there while waiting for my happy meal. So placed the back on my car floor and then the guy ask for the bag back cause it’s wrong. It wasn’t but okay give it back. I watch has two other employees mind you with out gloves go through my bag and take it out throw the fries bag in there pit and scoop them up and give them to a customer that was waiting inside! I called them out I and the guy was like well we did put them back in the fry After I touched them and two other employees and I touched the fries and had the nerve to catch an attitude when I called him out on it I called the manager when I came in to return my food the guy in the window is like smirking at me lol and waved his hand as like whatever lol I called the health department so fast after and the manager who I spoke to didn’t even come Out lol I called the health department and submitted a compliant and my video. Disgusting
