    If you order 20 dollars worth of stuff but ask for packet of sauce they try and charge you 53 cents. Just bad business. Any other fast food place is not hung up on a packet of sauce.

    Elvin is such a bad manager. My order got messed not only once but twice. The second time I went inside and get what I paid for, Elvin threw the bag disgruntled. If you see Elvin, double check your order.

    Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s a problem. I stopped going because of my previous terrible experiences and decided to give it a shot after they remodeled. Went in open minded to find out it just the same old place. I placed a mobile order through the app and pulled up to the window to find out they don’t have one of the items I ordered and already paid for. Got my food after waiting about 5 mins and drove home to find out they forgot my burger from my biggie bag. The thing that literally has 3 food items and a drink they forgot the main part. On top of forgetting the main reason I went there, I got 1 sauce when I was supposed to get at least a couple and also no straw or spoon for my drink and frosty. I would say I’m surprised but I’m really not, take the extra couple minutes to go to the Berlin Cross Keys location instead. I will never be coming back to this sorry “restaurant” again.

    This location is hit or miss; it's either really good or it's horrible. I was pulled to the line in the morning, waiting for potatoes. No big deal, I don't mind waiting. However, I waited for 10 minutes. My sandwich was very cold, and the potatoes were just warm; they definitely didn't come up When I have to wait that long, I expect hot and fresh food.

    Food was fresh, it’s very clean inside. Usually don’t make reviews for fast food. But they deserve recognition. The employees were nice and very attentive.
