  I drove 10 minutes to get a hoagie after not eating all day. I was craving the one I always get. I bought it and drove home after a long day at work. I took three bites and realized that they hadn't put any coleslaw on it. I called to just let them know. They offered to make me a new hoagie to go pick up or give me a refund. Keep in mind that I did not ask for anything; I just wanted to let them know in case it was a new person making them. AMAZING customer service! 👏 👌 🙌 👍 😀

  I always loved the nonne sandwich but was very disappointed this time. The eggplant had skin which I have never experienced with my other nonne's. Also I don't understand why there is so much pepper on the broccoli rabe when they have a diablo nonne sandwich. Also I got the primo size which was quite soggy and not cut.in half. The sandwich was good but not up too the standard of previous ones.

  Me and my fiancé both got two different kinds of hoagies and they were both horrible. The rolls are so hard we could barely bite into them. The cashier or the people making the sandwiches wasn’t paying attention because I specifically said no oregano and my sandwich clearly had a lot of oregano on it and also had tomato’s that I didn’t ask for and my lettuce was gross kinda soggy I don’t know how to explain it but it had no crunch I noticed every table was not wiped off at all and the people working were having inappropriate conversations that we all could hear. They seemed more interested in each other than making our sandwiches. I don’t think I’ll be returning and honestly am so mad I paid almost $50 and couldn’t even eat my food

  As a big time Eagles Fan i have attended alot of different Eagles events. I must say this was one of the best ive been too!! From media coverage, flow of event along with Billy and his great staff it was a top tier event.

  The sharp italian had barely any cheese, and when I opened it, all the toppings came flying out. The worst I ever had for the amount of money I should of just went to wawa. I would have got a full piece of cheese.Sharp Italian meat to chesse ratio is crazy it was like 5 crumbles of sharp provolone.
