    Management staff extremely unprofessional. Window and drive through slow. Food cold. Spoke with “manager” and she made it seem like customer was wrong when they messed order up. Hair in food. Bad experience at this one.

    They need to h8re more workers! I w3nt inside to get service. Stood there for several minutes and shouted, "Hello" several times and got NO SERVICE! Even tho the girl looked at me out of the corner of her eyes! Had to go to the drive thru to get service. The same girl then told me that she was by herself!!!

    This was honestly so embarrassing for this McDonald’s and we won’t be coming back which clearly not important to the workers. I get it i was in food service for 4 years we get paid hourly who cares but it comes down to self respect. We waited 20 minutes for a mobile for two meals okay fine. They forgot our drinks so we let them know and the worker said okay and went to the back. 15 more minutes pass by, still didn’t receive the drinks. Also come to find out they also messed up one of the two orders and gave us a McDouble instead of two cheeseburgers. So now it’s 11:13 pm and we know the store is closed however, the workers i guess decided to have a hangout session because 10 of there friends i guess are sitting in there and SITTING ON the restaurants tables WHERE PEOPLE EAT??? Literally vaping and having a time. I feel so bad for however owns this location because you hired people who are actively trying to ruin whatever business you’re trying to run. I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here they constantly mess up orders and i wouldn’t be surprised if your fries taste like blue razz because they’re vaping all over your food. I would love to speak to someone about this.

    It’s been over 40 minutes since we placed our order. When we asked about it, the employee at the counter said it was “up next,” but our food never arrived. After we commented on how long it had been, the employee started yelling across the room at our table instead of apologizing or offering any explanation. Even worse, when we asked for his name, he responded with “come find out,” implying he wanted to start a confrontation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We also noticed multiple DoorDash and drive-thru orders going out before ours, and not a single manager or employee apologized or tried to make things right. To top it off, my Gold Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was made incorrectly — it was just a plain chicken patty on a bun. Also also- the kiosk were broken and didnt print our recipts. Overall, an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

    We are sitting inside the restaurant for 40 minutes waiting for our food. There have been order after order going out the drive through customers. We've been told 20 minutes ago our order was coming. Finally after 45 minutes after asking multiple times the food comes out. This employee started yelling at us after we were frustrated and were complaining. The first thing out his mouth is "I'm not high bro I promise". He tells us that our food was misplaced? How is it that a ticket from 45 minutes ago that hasn't gone out is ignored like this. Then having an employee yell at us across the restaurant because we're frustrated about the wait time. Telling us there's no reason we should be upset because he has kids working in the back that messed up. This is how people are trained in customer service today? By the end of this argument he started telling us to come find out, repeating it over and over. Are employees supposed to tell customers to fight them? I'm disgusted. This is the employee yelling at us just so the owner knows that's the type of employee they have working for them.
