  Worse experience ever. Food had multiple pieces of hair in it. Calling the phone number listed on the website is a waste of time because its not the number to the store.

  Probably the worse place to get food. I ordered food last week and all I got was a bowl of rice and cheese. I reached out and was given a coupon for a free meal. So I used it today, received someone else’s order. It was my bag but someone else’s food inside. I ordered a bowl and there was a burrito. Just super confused how hard it is for someone to read an order and put it together correctly and put it in th correct bag. … never coming back

  This chipotle was not very good. They charge everything (even extra tortilla), and the lady I ordered with asked me if I liked chipotle, insinuating she didn’t. Why would anyone eat at a place that even the people who work there don’t like? The quality has gone down at this location over the past 5 to 10 years and since this time it gave me bad gi stomach after, I don’t think I can keep going.

  I am a vegan I’ve been coming here for years I also used to work here when I was 16 so I know how things work. I would just like to let you all know if you could just be more accommodating towards people with dietary needs. I find myself always having to over explain myself at every chipotle that I go to. This is the only one that I like, even going to because, They’re usually very accommodating. I just saw cheese in the lettuce and I just don’t want cheese in my lettuce. I don’t eat cheese I can’t. And I saw a Barbacoa meat in the guacamole that’s why I asked for a fresh batch. Cross-contamination is very important to me because I don’t eat meat or consume dairy The woman, I don’t know her name, but she’s very kind and never gives me a hard time she is the most accommodating I appreciate that she was accommodating to me and got the fresh guacamole and the lettuce from out of the fridge. I really do appreciate that. The only thing was I wanted to ask for was extra lettuce, but I didn’t have a chance to. I was very anxious and couldn’t wait to leave. I have anxiety disorder and wished I could turn the switch off but in situations I can’t help myself but freeze up. Luckily, I have some lettuce at home and I’ll just chop up some extra lettuce because it is a veggie bowl it wasn’t her fault I should’ve spoken up but I was stressed because the worker didn’t understand what I was saying. Next time, I’ll try my best to speak up, but it’s really hard when you have anxiety disorder and you get anxious because people aren’t really hearing what you’re saying. Thank you so much for trying people constantly give me a hard time for their lack of understanding not everyone consumes dairy and meat. I was still nice enough to leave a few dollars tips as I always do. I just would like to be heard sometimes at Chipotles I am vegan and it’s hard to get food around here in this area! I’m lactose intolerant (I have terrible reactions to dairy) And I also can’t digest meat very well as I get sick from it I have personal stomach issues I am sorry :( Thanks for trying! (I didn’t know I couldn’t redeem 2 free items at once I will know for next time!)
