  Went to the Chipotle in Sicklerville NJ. It was around 7pm, Wed 3/4/26. The parking lot could really use brighter lighting. The bins were near empty. That's a good thing but can also be a negative. Makes you wonder how long food been sitting. I do have a suggestion for the employees. When excess cheese fall on the counter, and you take both of your gloved hands and swoop it up to deposit in trash, change your gloves. That doesn't look clean nor appetizing

  This is easily the worst Chipotle in South Jersey. The restaurant is consistently filthy, they constantly skimp on portions, and they are almost always out of basic ingredients. It honestly feels like pure laziness and a complete lack of care. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Today my bowl was sitting finished on the counter while the employee who made it stood there watching videos on his phone instead of paying attention and handing it to me. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing job. The overall experience here is disgusting and embarrassing for your brand. This location clearly has no standards for cleanliness, service, or professionalism. At this point it feels like management simply does not care. I will never return to this location again, and I strongly urge Chipotle to send a District Manager to this store immediately to evaluate the staff and management and clean house. This location is a disgrace.

  The lady preparing my food was incredibly rude and called me a name under her breath. I was reading an order off of my phone and when reading it, I said the first ingredient in the bowl but she didn’t scoop it, instead she put her hand on her hip and said “Okay, what else.” so I read the rest of the order. She waited until I read off the last thing in the bowl, to then have me repeat everything in it to put it together (and had an immediate attitude while doing so). She mumbled under her breath, and saying “Alright, Mr. something something.” I wasn’t able to hear it but she didn’t want to seem to repeat it when I said excuse me. The employee was a heavier set woman with scarring on her face. She should not be in a customer-facing position if she cannot handle it or have basic manners. I’m not usually one to leave reviews or anything like that but it was just so jarring that she actually felt like it was okay to treat someone like that.

  Two stars because food was good normal place to eat but, employee needs to learn how to change gloves when touching things.. can’t go from food to computer then back to food ( ask them to change gloves )

  I was here around 5:30 pm tonight and ordered a chicken bowl which was delicious. At the checkout a very rude black woman maybe 17-18 years old did not say hello, she slammed my order down on the counter and threw my cup in the bag for my fountain drink, instead of placing it on the counter. Please teach your workers about customer service!!!!
