  I got a burger and It was the worst thing ever!! No napkins in my to go order bag. Staff doesn’t seem very inviting

  Took forever to get food. I felt the boneless wings coating was a bit too thick. Not impressed. Server was pleasant.

  Today, Jan. 19, 2026, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at 627 Cross Key Rd. and I ordered 10 traditional wings and mozzarella sticks. I was told it would take 10 minutes. I waited 50! If I didn’t go to inquire about my order my food would have continued sitting there. They did apologize and offered to make it fresh but then I’d have to wait another 10-15 mins. Did I mention this place was empty?! I should have asked for a refund. No worries, I’m NEVER going back.

  The food was great, but the place doesn’t accept any deals which are even listed in BuffaloWildwings App. Weird policy rules😡😡😡

  They Started Charging $0.99 for Ranch with Wings...what a rip off, adding an extra $8 to your order. Used to regularly get wings on Thursdays, won't be doing that anymore.
