  Ordered on the app. Ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and 3 pumps caramel and 1 pump sugar. Had to end up putting in a complaint because it most definitely wasn’t the coffee i ordered. It tasted like banana. Went and got it fixed but I’m severely lactose intolerant. Had to call out of work cause I can’t leave the bathroom now.(so I’m pretty sure whatever coffee they gave me that I took a sip of had dairy) It’s the closest dunkin to me but I’d rather take a drive just so I get what I ask for. My thing is just what if I was allergic to bananas?? The dunkin customer service sent me enough points for a free coffee which is nice. But at the end of it all that doesn’t make up for that fact I had to call out because of having to stay near a toilet.

  Definitely the sloppiest, slowest Dunkin I've visited. They messed up mobile order twice without apologies. The munchkin I got was also really stale. Just a surprisingly badly runned Dunkin.

  This is the second time that I have ordered from this location. The first time the service was terrible. No greeting, no acknowledgement. These ladies at the counter were very dismissive, and passive aggressive. I thought they were having a bad day or something . So, I have decided to give them a try again. The second time, it was just only one of the ladies behind the counter, and she was not friendly at all. With a disgust on her face, she took my order. No smile, no enthusiasm. The lady preparing the food was even worse. After grabbing my food, I said thank you trying to play nice, and not giving them the same energy. She couldn’t even look my way. She acted like she was deaf and blind. They all have that disgusting look on their faces. Looking at the reviews for this particular location, it’s clear that they need to work on themselves. Corporate definitely needs to step in, and fine these nasty independent franchises. They need go out of business for treating customers like this.

  Maybe get everything together for an order placed an HOUR ago instead of waiting till everything is gone. Shouldn’t have to walk in to my order half ready and then not receive half of it. Get your shit together.
