Unfortunately, my husband's sandwich and soup didn't go through. I called GrubHub and they were useless. I called Panera and spoke to a manager named "Marissa" who was kind enough to add the sandwich and soup onto the order and processed my card on the phone. She did everything with a kind heart and welcoming demeanor and I love her for that! GooOoOoOO Marissa! Woo Hoo! YOU ROCK!!

I do enjoy their bread, especially with soup. Like being able to customize the salads with the toppings and everything on the screens. For me this is a nice convenience.
