I called Panera and spoke to a manager named "Marissa" who was kind enough to add the sandwich and soup onto the order and processed my card on the phone. She did everything with a kind heart and welcoming demeanor and I love her for that! GooOoOoOO Marissa! Woo Hoo! YOU ROCK!!
- DDDaveTDec 10, 20254.0Panera makes rather good and unique sandwiches and salads. They don't seem to have a large variety on the menu, but what they make I think is pretty good. I do enjoy their bread, especially with soup. Like being able to customize the salads with the toppings and everything on the screens. For me this is a nice convenience.
