- RMRina M6 days ago1.0i hate this chipotle. every time i go through the drive thru lane there’s an issue. either they can’t hear me, forget something, have attitude, can’t speak english, etc. i’m not even racist i’m literally hispanic but like cmon if you can’t speak english at all why work a customer service job. the girl said my order wasn’t ready when on the app it said it was. so i waited 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, i get my food and everything is cold. it definitely was ready and she didn’t know what she was talking about. it’s unfortunate this is the only chipotlane in the area. i also wouldn’t wanna go inside this establishment regardless. food portions are fine i guess. food quality is normal average chipotle.
- LALuna AGDec 16, 20251.0I was there yesterday 12/15/25 at 4pm and I was waiting in line to order a burrito while they were making the burrito the girl who's in charge didn't even get half way done making it and she literally walked off while her coworker was ringing someone up. I felt bad for the guy because he was the only one ringing costumers and making burritos.

I went to sit down to eat, no forks. I went to get lemonade and the tray under the machine, fell off onto the floor. The guy at register with the long fingernails, has zero personality and the place was filthy. My boyfriend's burrito was ice cold. Place is a dump!!

At 4:45 they still haven’t started working on it. The lady was very rude and acted like it was my fault for placing a large order. Won’t be coming back.

I ordered regular chips and guacamole and she said she would only serve a large bag and I pointed out how the guy behind her had just grabbed a large bag and took the chips out to make smalls. I said, can you give me a small please, and she refused because she said she wouldn’t touch the bags. Even then, everything should be stocked at all times.
