  I mean it’s a dunkin, so I’m not expecting anything exceptional. The manager/managers who are occasionally there are pleasant, friendly, attentive, and do their job well. This is not the case for everyone there. Not in the spirit of calling anyone out, there are a few people there who act as though my presence is absolutely disdainful, fail to greet me, and continue to act like I ruined the day all the way to the end of the process. And, on multiple occasions have severely messed up my orders(not putting my espresso in my latte, which is an important part, not putting the syrup in, etc), which I never complain about, while I’m there, not to mention the espresso generally tasting like cigarette filters. I could get past all of this, though, as I am paying for what I get, but I would like to not get looked at as if Im a stain upon their day because I am always very pleasant and easygoing every time I go. Three stars because it’s 50/50 whether they’re pleasant and get my order right, my order is wrong and they try to blow me up with their minds

  Not sure how it is if you order in person but if you use the app your order will be wrong , and they give you a hard time when you call to tell them , won't go back not worth the hassle

  Honestly, the one girl working behind the counter has an attitude problem. She also had my niece’s donut crushed by the muffin when placing inside the same bag. When we addressed that the donut didn’t seem “fresh”, she made some comments that she must have thought we wouldn’t hear. Definitely would not recommend, nor bother coming back to this location.
