The roll was a soft seeded bland piece of I don't know what!! The roll makes the sandwich. I am so disappointed. We've been Primo's fans for years. The Sarcone bread sealed the deal. Done!!!

There were two workers, they had barely any communication when I checked how many hoagies I had (ordered 7) I only had 6 in my bag. I told them it was missing and the one worker looked at me dumbfounded while the other stopped what he was doing to fix the mistake. It’s ridiculous that I ordered my hoagies this morning for 3:50pm giving them plenty of time for this order to be completed on time.
