I believe it's the manager, not sure if she is new or not is really miserable to everyone. I went 3 times this past week and each time she has been miserable to the employees and customers. One time i was there, she came out and wanted to argue with the employee about needing help. There were like 10 people in line that day. I felt bad for the employee. She needed help and asked several times and the manager acted like she never asked. There is no reason for her to be acting like that. If she doesn't like her job, she should go somewhere else. Customer service is not the right job for her. ACME please do something with the manager (Ketanah,I believe) of the customer service desk. She is miserable.
