It is only 2 hours parking. They raised the toll triple and triple. But cut the service. Too bad.

If you’re using the Relay app, there’s a 99% chance you won’t be able to refuel here. If you ask the cashier, she might pause her seed-snacking long enough to tell you to find someone outside — but you won’t find anyone out there either!

Many people who stop at a travel plaza like this really need to do one thing before anything else — use the restroom. And while it’s absolutely important to clean it, is it important to shut it down for nearly 30 minutes — with someone of the same sex cleaning it? Honestly can’t fault the guy. He’s probably doing this the way a manager told him. And even with the queue of angry people building up, his biggest concern afterward was whether or not the bathroom was clean — and it was. I mean, he did a nice job. But when you really have to use the restroom, cleanliness is not the biggest factor. And I’m betting that while it may have needed attention, it didn’t need the long shutdown time it received — especially since this plaza lacks the dual-entrance bathrooms, which allow for half to be shut down at a time. I was trying to locate another restroom, but when I asked at A-Plus, those workers — unlike the gentleman taking the heat for the bathrooms — were just outright rude. “That’s not part of us, go out there and ask someone,” you know, “out there” where nothing was open. Clean bathroom? Fantastic. Available bathroom? Just as fantastic. Polite workers, even if they can’t help you? Also quite important. The bathroom attendant got it, who has a terrible job for crappy pay. The people working A-Plus may have crappy pay, too, but don’t take it out on the customers. I ended up heading to another exit to purchase items. I’m not going to finally support rude establishments.

Just stopped in for the ladies' restroom, which was clean & well-lit. The rest area in general is usually not crowded & it is small compared to rest areas on the Parkway.
