We called again at 9:00pm because there was still no delivery. The person who answered said they called but someone said they didn't order anything. This same person wrote the number down wrong. The delivery guy came at 9:10pm with cold pizza. Almost two hours waiting is crazy. It doesn't take two hours to literally drive ten minutes away. I could've cooked a three course meal in that time. Your staff has to do better! If they aren't able to comprehend and take better detailed information then they shouldn't be answering the phone.
