  My fav Cava everrrrr. Service has improved amazingly. This Cava gives me the correct portions every single time. Love the management here. If you have any problems, they will fix any issues you have!

  Good restaurant, lot of place to sit and eat. Very spicy food and a lot of different juice and lemonade that you can try it’s different from other fast food

  We visited this CAVA on December 20th, 2025 around 8:45 PM as a group of five friends, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Out of the entire team, only one female employee—who mentioned it was her first day—was actually trying to help us. She was handling toppings, orders, and billing all by herself while the rest of the staff stood by without offering any support. This created a long line behind us and unnecessary pressure for both customers and that employee. Suddenly, two male employees and another female employee jumped in, but instead of helping properly, they began rushing us aggressively. They were literally throwing food into the bowls, did not listen to our requests for quantities, and ignored what we were asking for. When we calmly mentioned that we were being rushed and that the situation wasn’t our fault, their attitude worsened. In the end, we decided not to take the food at all. To make matters worse, one tall male employee dismissively waved goodbye instead of acknowledging their mistake or apologizing. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The staff needs proper training on teamwork, communication, and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this location and suggest they learn from their neighbor Chipotle on how to handle customers respectfully—especially during busy hours.

  Extremely disappointed with this CAVA location! After a positive previous visit, I brought my relatives here on December 20 around 9:15 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. The staff working at that time were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, except for one employee. Due to how we were treated, my relatives left without receiving any food, which should never happen at a restaurant! The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was very evident. Staff training appears to be a serious issue. Nearby restaurants like Chipotle handle customer interactions far better. I would not recommend this location if the same team continues to work here! I would also like to file a formal complaint, but it is unclear whether CAVA has a customer support portal. Employees wearing visible name badges would help customers identify specific individuals when leaving reviews or complaints! This is especially disappointing because my first visit was good — the food was fresh, and the service from Roger and Hannier was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, this visit significantly damaged my trust in this location!
