  My first time coming to Cava, and let me say I had a great experience here the food was so amazing and tasty, but there was one employee that stood out to me. Her name is Ayani she truly made my experience unforgettable, she took her time with me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about a small issue I was having. Cava you did a great job employing this young lady. Bravo!

  The food is good. Service is terrible. Employees look like they don’t want to be there & rarely ever greet customers. Stood on line for 4 minutes before someone took my order. No hello or anything.

  The food is always good! However, I’ve noticed that when you dine in, the portions are much more generous. This is the second time I’ve ordered takeout, and the protein portions weren’t the same as when I ate in the restaurant. (Sad)

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. chicken was burnt to a crisp with very little protein present and honestly not sure how they can say *grilled chicken* that is tiny black pieces without the real breast with an abnormal small serving? all employees are miserable- they never great or smile. The place is never organized. It seems like they are always running out of line items where they have to go and get more. Honestly not worth the aggravation or $$. I will not be returning. By the way the food made my stomach sick. HORRIBLE.

  Well, I’ve never had an experience so bad at a restaurant before first of all the lady who took our order never greeted us or said anything the whole time we were ordering then when we were ready to check out, she proceeds to take the rest of the people in lines order and makes their food having a way about 10 minutes Then finally some lady randomly walks up to the cashier register doesn’t say anything just holds up our food and says for here to go, I said, just give me the food please don’t she proceeds to go to the drink station grab cups out of the storage and put some to the front While my phone is ready to tap for Apple Pay. I proceed to tap it and it doesn’t go through she stares at me for about two minutes until it finally works. She says for here to go again and I said can I just have my food please? I was ready to walk out to be honest I should have went to chipotle all the tables were very dirty as well and stuff was everywhere. The trashcan was full to the brim and I mean both the workers literally looked so pissed off like if you hate your job that much go the hell home.
