- BWBrianna WarchalMar 31, 20261.0I had a really upsetting experience at this Dunkin location. After not visiting for months, I stopped by the drive-thru just to grab a coffee, and the attendant made a completely inappropriate comment about my weight. She told me I had “gained weight,” not knowing that I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and dealing with swelling. Regardless of the situation, that is not something that should ever be said to a customer or anyone for that matter. I left feeling hurt, embarrassed, and completely disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy, which was clearly lacking. I spoke to the store manager, who offered what felt like a backhanded apology along with a free coffee, but it did not address the seriousness of the situation. After reading other reviews, it seems like this location would really benefit from proper customer service training and a team discussion about appropriate behavior and communication. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary changes so no one else has to experience something like this.

Being scolded like I’m a -child- by the manager/owner of this Dunkin after an employee misheard my order, is completely insane, and it seems I’m not the first. I come here multiple times weekly and get the -same thing- every time and for the last month EVERY time I have ordered my drink it has been messed up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. One time they added whole milk instead of oatmilk, I’m lactose intolerant…that surprise ruined my entire day. This place is too inconsistent anymore and management is too rude to bother coming here. Take your dollars elsewhere.
