As a frequent customer I have noticed she is rude, has the wrong attitude, and quite frankly the attitude I don't wan't to deal with before school when I get my breakfast every morning. I have been a recuring customer since mid 2021 and have watched employees come and go, but 'Karlee' has to be by far the worst. I have personally seen her take out her phone while supposed to be making drinks. Today I was mortified to over hear Karlee who is not a manager or owner yell at one of the new workers 'Eyad'. It was extreamly disgusting. I have seen multiple accounts of unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new workers or mentally challenged workers. It is extreamly wrong and upsets my fellow colleagues and I. Overall, this location is nice and clean but the attitude and atmosphere has to be improved.
