When I politely asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t hear clearly, he practically yelled over the speaker. When I got to the window, I calmly asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, spoke to me in a nasty tone again, and walked away. I don’t like confrontation and I know I didn’t say or do anything to deserve that kind of treatment. Customer service should be respectful, especially for a simple drive-thru order.

They're conveniently located right by the parkway entrance so I stop here before work almost every morning and it's always hit or miss (mostly misses as of lately). The coffee tastes old, you can order the same coffee every single day and every single day it tastes different. Sometimes it's good, but most of the time it tastes burnt/old. Also, never order a bagel from here. Whenever I do they're always SUPER stale. Like hard as a rock so you can hardly eat it. I'm tired of spending money here because it always feels like a waste.
