Not happy today. so, we were ordering donuts and strawberry refresher after MMA (Martial Arts). when i realize there were no strawberry donuts. YOU GAVE ME A MELTDOWN FOR NOT HAVING ME A STRAWBERRY DONUT!

This exact location was horrible! The employees are so rude and disrespectful, I asked them nicely if they can change one donut! And they god mad and started laughing with the other employees I would not recommend going to this location.

Very disappointing experience today at the drive-thru. I clearly ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and cinnamon. The employee taking the order (an older gentleman) repeated it incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, he responded rudely saying “you said only cappuccino with milk”, which was absolutely not true.
The drink was made without oat milk and without cinnamon, and instead of correcting the mistake, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Simple orders should not be this difficult, and customers should not be spoken to rudely, especially when the mistake is not theirs.
Customer service matters just as much as the product, and unfortunately today it was completely lacking.

BUYER BEWARE:
The staff here completely lose all professionalism the second their manager isn’t around. I was told I’d have to pay over a dollar for a cup of tap water — seriously? There’s not even an option for that on the mobile app. They claimed it was their manager’s rule, yet just two days earlier the same manager gave us iced tap water for free. Make it make sense.
On top of that, my breakfast sandwich was wrong, and one of the coffees was gross and made incorrectly, even though the same order was perfectly fine yesterday. The inconsistency (and attitude) are unbelievable. Maybe focus less on overcharging for tap water and more on getting the orders right — and actually filling the coffee cups all the way. At this rate, I’m shocked they’re not charging extra for cup holders too.

Coffee is always good. Appreciate that they have a 6$ deal for coffee, egg sandwich and hash browns. Hard to find a bargain these day's, but this deal i👍
