There's never more than 2 staff working inside and their customer service is disgusting. Recently ordered 10 piece, hot, all flat, well done for my mom. Wings were definitely not well done, in fact they were very undercooked, almost looking not done at all. They had a bunch of feathers and hairs sticking out of them. Asked for all flats and received maybe 2/10. Wings had absolutely no sauce on them what so ever, maybe about 10% of sauce, they must've had a shortage on sauce idk. Overall 0/10, like i said they for surely fell off, the food never used to be like this. The manager doesn't care, so the employees definitely don't care. This location needs some work ... ALOT
