I asked him the ingredients for the veggie cream cheese because I’m vegan and lactose intolerant, and he just read all the ingredients already on the board. I had to do my own research and it’s not. When I received the food the cream cheese was on there.

When you spend money on food it is very disappointing and honestly sad when the people serving your food is rude. It truly makes you feel like your money just went down the toilet. They don't toast the bagel they're making into a sandwich and couldn't be bothered to put salt pepper or ketchup on it. Honestly look for a real bagel shop, this place is literally a Panera bread that only makes breakfast sandwiches.
