  If I could do 0/10 stars, I would. Why is your staff being RUDE to customers that did nothing to you except give their money to you and treat you with respect? When you spend money on food it is very disappointing and honestly sad when the people serving your food is rude. It truly makes you feel like your money just went down the toilet. This will never be appropriate in a business, especially when the person you are being rude to was kind and did nothing to you. Just choose a different career gang. 0/10

  The bagels are good, but WAY overpriced for what they are. They don't toast the bagel they're making into a sandwich and couldn't be bothered to put salt pepper or ketchup on it. Honestly look for a real bagel shop, this place is literally a Panera bread that only makes breakfast sandwiches.

  Awesome bagels & fast friendly service! Feb 2026 update, still a great store & i honestly mean no disrespect! BUT!! I'm not sure if it's new management or owners, but the food is bland compared to before & the menu is seriously lacking compared to other Manhattan Bagel stores in my opinion, especially compared to the summit store!! Someone from your store should actually go there and sample the menu because the range of more modern sandwich fillings with flavor and bagel toppings and actual coffee & Espresso will bring in more clientele guaranteed. As over the past five years, coming to your store, I have heard people ask for espresso thousands of times and you still do not have it From a business standpoint, that does not make any sense whatsoever, especially when you have the clientele that wants the product and they have to go elsewhere to complete a full breakfast order! After this weekend's experience, I think an extended drive to Summit for Breakfast. Will be a way better option for my wallet and my taste buds! Again I mean no offense I'm just direct & to the point! And have worked in coffee shops and bakeries in the past. So, yes, I have some experience in the matter.....
