  I had placed an online order for RAPID PICKUP and spent 16minutes waiting for pickup. They kept trying to give me a bag for a different person then told me that the person with similar last name took mine. It turns out that my lunch was already done.

  The Panera near the Rockaway mall is one of the finest Panera restaurants that I have been to. Here are my top three reasons why I look forward to visiting the Rockaway Panera: First, it is exceptionally clean and inviting. The staff is constantly cleaning the tables for new customers. Second, the smell of warm bread and fresh cookies greets you at the door. The sandwiches are well put together, and the soups are delicious. Third, the staff is welcoming. In particular, Mike and Vanita. They go the extra mile so you enjoy your meal. Moreover, they are actively offering samples of new drinks and desserts to keep the menu fresh and exciting for their guests. We always enjoy the Panera experience when we are in Rockaway. Especially if we are lucky enough to get a seat by the fireplace!

  I placed an order for pick up. As I was waiting inside I was watching the team. All the workers were so polite and extremely helpful. The kitchen staff were working well together and putting out neat orders fast and efficient. And they seemed happy to be there. The manager or lead staff even brought ready meals to the customers table. I haven’t seen great customer service like that in a long time. I can understand why they’re so busy. Great work! Keep it up. Highly Recommend this Panera location.

  Came here for a breakfast sandwich and ended up getting a rude worker that caused a scene because my card was defective. I get that in the moment it can be a little inconvenient when you’re trying to get customers in but there wasn’t a need to be loud and cause a big disturbance. This was extremely embarrassing and insulting and I won’t be coming here again if this is how they treat their customers.
