  I ordered some ice cream cones through the app for table service and provided my table number, but they never brought them to me. When I went up to the counter, there they were—simply melting away. I am keeping an eye on my children in the play area; do they actually offer table service, or is it really that difficult for them to come over and call me? The service is terrible, and it is much more expensive than at other McDonald's locations I have visited.

  Great play place but a happy meal is close to $10, in my town it's less than $8

  Very bad service. I don't mind if they don't bring the food to the tables, but I've asked for instructions at the kiosk MANY TIMES and they don't care. I've asked for no pickles. mayonnaise, or other things. and they always get it wrong. And if I'm with a friend. they've reversed my instructions for her burger and vice versa.
