I placed an order through your mobile app, and to my disbelief, the order was voided without any clear explanation. I get to the subway an the the lady express how they don't except coupons. I'm my knowledge it should had been a call or email stating it was voided. I spoke to a guy name Antonio. He stated he was the manager. He was really rude and I asked him several times to call the owner. All he had to do was call the owner to explain why is he not taking coupond that was clearly paid through the app. It would had been. The same order, but instead to voided it without my knowledge. This Subway should be fined and permanently closed.
