I called to cancel it at the other location before they had a chance to make the food. They refunded my order from the other location, but all the coupons I had used were lost. When I explained to Maddie, at the register, she was very sweet and patient and offered to look it up, and see if the coupons showed up on her end. When they didn't she called the manager, Mike over. He couldn't reinstate the coupons, so he took the time to ring up the items that would bring it close to the same price, and still made sure we got everything that was on our order. That is true customer service! He could have just told us there was nothing he could do, but instead he went above and beyond, with grace and patience, as if it was his pleasure to do it! I truly appreciate this level of customer service, caring and kindness toward customers who made an innocent mistake. I wish every location would handle things so gracefully! Thank you Mike and crew!!
