  I placed an order for pick up. As I was waiting inside I was watching the team. All the workers were so polite and extremely helpful. The kitchen staff were working well together and putting out neat orders fast and efficient. And they seemed happy to be there. The manager or lead staff even brought ready meals to the customers table. I haven’t seen great customer service like that in a long time. I can understand why they’re so busy. Great work! Keep it up. Highly Recommend this Panera location.

  Came here for a breakfast sandwich and ended up getting a rude worker that caused a scene because my card was defective. I get that in the moment it can be a little inconvenient when you’re trying to get customers in but there wasn’t a need to be loud and cause a big disturbance. This was extremely embarrassing and insulting and I won’t be coming here again if this is how they treat their customers.

  Tracy was very accommodating for us at the drive through. She helped make sure my dietary restrictions were met and even gave our dog a pup cup. She was very patient when listening to our order and went above and beyond to help seperate vegan food!! Please give this woman a raise.
