  Expectant mother here, and while my little one hasn’t come into the world, yet. What I witnessed in the bathroom was just as frustrating for me as it was for this other mom. She had to wash her poor baby in the sink. Why? Because they don’t have a proper station in there. My partner said there wasn’t one in the men’s either. Staff didn’t seem to care when I said something to them about it. If you have little ones, go elsewhere.

  This was by worst the worst experience I had with a Dunkin Donuts. I love Dunkin, this is the closest one to my house so now i will have to find another one or make my food at home. Before getting on the highway for work I ordered $5 deal (med coffee, wrap & hashbrowns) I ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrap because I don’t eat meat. I start eating and realized it tasted funny, then threw up. It was bacon on my sandwich. I’ve been sick at work all day. When calling I was offered a new order and refund. Now the man on the other end of the phone was extremely apologetic but a new order? Bro you almost killed me. Why would I eat from here again? We have to do better at customer service people, and I’ll Do better with trusting that my order is correct. The order number on cup and bag doesn’t match smh

  Overpriced. Portions are tiny. Iced coffee is terrible and not stirred properly. Only reason why it is not one star is their strawberry daydream refresher which is good. Its a shame Dunkin used to be good.
