  The staff here are absolutely horrible. Poor communication. No common sense. And they’re unable to comprehend simple instructions. My pizza was made incorrectly so I came back to have it remade but I was told I’d have to pay again. I’m sorry but i already paid and I would like to receive my order made correctly. None of the employees have name tags so I can’t mention them on here but he always wears a bandana and has a heavy accent. The owner just lost loyal customer.

  Total cheapskates. They wanted a dollar for that tiny ranch and look how few toppings we got on the pizza. Where's the chicken on my chicken jalapeño? This might be a greater dominos problem, but the pizzas and even the cheesey bread were smaller than usual. Last time we go to this dominos

  Hi I called the 13 overlook ave Rochelle park in nj. I called the store 10 times because the online ordering was giving me a problem I called to get help the manger on 2/13/26 hung up on me I asked him for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and was declining my call and hanging up on me when I tried to explain what the problem was you guys say the calls are recorded please go back and listen to the recording at that store between 10:06-10:20 . And he claimed he was the manager his customer service was awful I’m am very upset . HORRIBLE

  Restaurant was clean, the food was good. But the young man working last night was very rude. Their bathroom was “out of order” (I’m 8 months pregnant and badly had to go) and he was extremely rude about it, looking me up and down with a dirty look as he said no. We ordered a pasta to share between 3 people and he would only give us one fork to share between all three of us after we asked nicely for a few more utensils. We mentioned “but.. it’s pasta and there are three of us” and he just shrugged and said he can’t give us more than one fork.. very bad customer service.
