  This is a great place for Bagels. Best place in the Hamilton/Robbinsville area Service is great Having so many gluten free options is one of the best things about this store

  I saw that Bagel's & Cream was on Too Good to Go(app where you save leftover food from getting wasted locally). So I paid ahead for a Too Good Too Go app order & I showed up 8mins into the specified 45min pickup window The lady with red & black hair greeting us as we walked in, but turned out to be anything but pleasant...saying “We are still working on them. You are going to have to give me a second.” No one else was in the shop, just a few people hanging out outside, I believe one or two of them were the owners. So I waited outside for a few more minutes. Once I returned inside the order was ready. I mentioned I wanted to purchase the largest container of scallion cream cheese using the 25% off cream cheese coupon they offered me in the Too Good to Go app. She kept talking down to me. She barked that the tub sizes were shown on top of the case. And I said, “Yes, your largest size container please.”, she repeated "there's small, medium, large honey” and I repeated yes, “I would like the large please”. We finally got past that and she got the correct one. The rest of the transaction was okay until I went to take the bag with my cream cheese and she barked that my stuff was over there (on the table), as if she thought I was taking someone else's item. I know we all have bad days, but bringing an attitude like that, to an otherwise friendly bagel shop, is bad form. I don't feel comfortable spending my money here any longer after today's degrading experience with this woman. Other than my experience with her, this is a great bagel shop with quality, flavorful foods. The bagels were packed by the other staff with care and generosity. I will miss this place.

  This is my favorite bagel place! The bagels are still crunchy even after a 25 minute drive! Both sides of the bagels are seasoned and the staff is always friendly!

  I have been a regular customer for quite some time this place never disappoints. The quality of bagels is always excellent and consistent. The staff is friendly and attentive. Vedat has improved this business since taking ownership.
