  Food was thrown around in the bag, and my burger was raw—I didn’t realize until I got home and took a bite. Customer service told me to return the next day, but the store then refused a refund. Serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable.

  I order through the app, I pick up at the drive-thru, and the order is wrong about half the time. The app has no way of requesting support, or rather, when you submit a support request, it gets routed to a black hole and you never hear back. The food is great, especially when you get what you want. I've also ordered many things that are specifically to get Monopoly game pieces, and I've not gotten even half the number of pieces I should've received.

  Absolutely awful service at this location! After multiple issues of the store manager not being able to accept the code from the McDonald's app (which is NEVER an issue at any other location), the manager just proceeds to tell me they cant honor the discount from the company itself. I then went out of my way to park my car, go inside to place an order with the same discounts directly through the app and had no issue. The manager must have recognized me from the drive thru, because then she proceeded to call every order at the counter EXCEPT my order. When I walked up to counter asking why nobody called my order even though I was patiently waiting inside the entire time, she replied with an scowl and an attitude and told me "You can take your order" without any other response. This location has just gotten absolutely awful throughout the last year or so. Not only would I never recommend this location to anybody, I'd go out of my way to tell people NOT to go there if I was asked.

  Just came to McDonald’s and when you go to the drive-through, they act like there’s someone saying can we take your order and no one ever speaks again to you at all if you reverse your car and back up, it will repeat itself as if they’re using a bot to just act like they’re working the employees, but no one will take your order at all even though it says it’s open the employees aren’t working so you can’t order at all. Owner definitely needs to take care of this employees are fake working and they’re not working.
