Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had – and that’s saying something.
The employees here act like doing their job is a burden, and the attitude is unbelievable. I placed a small mobile order and went to pick it up 20 minutes later, only to see the app claim it was “ready” when nothing had been made.
I walked inside because the drive-thru was packed, and after being told to “wait,” I stood there another 15 minutes with no explanation. Meanwhile, four customers — yes, I counted — walked in, ordered in person, and received their food before me, even though I placed my order long before they did. That’s the only reason I finally spoke up.
When I asked the manager why my food wasn’t ready, he actually called me stupid and said I had to go through the drive-thru to get my food — which makes no sense considering I already paid. So I go to the drive-thru like he demanded, and then he refuses to give me my order because he “didn’t like my attitude.”
So not only is the staff rude, slow, and unprofessional, but the manager is openly disrespectful and will literally withhold paid food out of spite. Completely unacceptable.
If you enjoy being insulted, ignored, and watching people who ordered after you get their food first — then leaving empty-handed — this is the perfect McDonald’s for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration. Corporate really needs to look into that manager.
