I mean Dunkin is everywhere and with the way this owner treats his customers I would literally rather give my money to any other establishment. It would be worth the time and gas to drive somewhere else. Wanted sprinkled donuts for my son’s birthday. The guy acted like I asked for his first born child. How dare I want sprinkled donuts, 2 whole dozen. Even though you had them. I said why would I pay for donuts that I do not want. Hello buddy. Customer comes first. Terrible business owner. And pathetic treatment of a customer with their young child.

A total of 8 customers was waiting for orders. My advice is they need to have more customer service. A word from staff, like "I'll be with you shortly" can keep me as a customer. After waiting and seeing staff walk right past me, several times, I left and went to a nearby Wawa. The coffee was delicious and hot. Admittedly, I had to pour my own coffee but I'll take that rather than being ignored.
