  I try to make poor reviews sparingly, but Sombrero was quite disappointing. Some minor hiccup with their promotion, which was ok, but the food was lackluster. Very watery beans, which left a bit of a puddle in my bowl. Sorry guys, but there are better options nearby.

  Service is always quick & friendly here. The waitstaff are helpful in answering any questions about the menu items. Tacos and quesadillas are flavorful, although I had higher expectations for the fries-they are only average. The ambiance is bright, lively and clean.

  Not only did I call the store within a minute of ordering to cancel my order but I was given the phone number to their web ordering site and did so immediately. I was told my order was canceled and would be refunded. I have that message saved to confirm with my bank. I have had multiple issues with this store and this WILL be the LAST time I order from them!!!! The address was incorrect and could not be corrected so I hope someone else enjoyed my lunch!

  The service was great overall, good food, and great service. However alejandro stood out and takes control. Alejandro’s customer service was very good because he immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. He spoke clearly and respectfully, making sure he understood exactly what I needed. Instead of rushing me, he took his time and showed patience, which made the experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. He also paid close attention to details. When I had questions about the products, he explained everything thoroughly and gave helpful recommendations. He double-checked my order to make sure it was correct and made sure I was satisfied before moving on. Even when it got busy, he stayed calm and organized, showing that he can handle pressure while still giving great service. What stood out the most was his genuine care and professionalism. Alejandro didn’t just do the minimum; he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. His friendly personality, strong communication skills, and dedication to doing his job well truly set him apart. Because of his excellent customer service, I would definitely return and recommend him to others
