- DTDaniele TuriOct 4, 20251.0I’d give zero stars if it was an option. Manager has a terrible attitude and appearance leaves a lot to be desired. But, that’s not my issue. Bought a medium unsweetened ice tea. Walked out and was bumped and it fell. I walked in to see if he could replace it after explaining what happened. His response “if it didn’t happen inside buy a new one” Terrible response. There is a level of professionalism when running a franchise and this manager and his staff do not have it. When I said it’s a bad look for his business he said “oh well not my problem”.
