Bought a medium unsweetened ice tea. Walked out and was bumped and it fell. I walked in to see if he could replace it after explaining what happened. His response “if it didn’t happen inside buy a new one” Terrible response. There is a level of professionalism when running a franchise and this manager and his staff do not have it. When I said it’s a bad look for his business he said “oh well not my problem”.

So I placed a second order hoping it would go through. The manager became immediately argumentative and disregarded the fact they do NOT answer their phone. I left the donuts, I refuse to support a place like this.

There was trash all over and the trash cans were over flowing. I felt bad for the girl up until the point she went to the back and grabbed a co-worker.
