- KRKaren RodriguezFeb 10, 20261.0I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until today. I placed a mobile order the app, and for some reason it was glitching and changed my oatmilk to regular milk. When I was the coffee was made with regular milk I politely explained my situation and asked if there was anyway they could please remake it with oatmilk to which they replied to me that there was nothing they could do. Only option was to go through the app. On top of that I was going to be left with no coffee bc I don’t drink dairy. So I had to spend another $5 on a brand new coffee that was made horrifically. It wasn’t a big ask to remake the coffee with oatmilk. I’d understand if they were busy but I was literally the only one there and they weren’t working on any other orders. They desperately need a team who understands customer service.

- DTDaniele TuriOct 4, 20251.0I’d give zero stars if it was an option. Manager has a terrible attitude and appearance leaves a lot to be desired. But, that’s not my issue. Bought a medium unsweetened ice tea. Walked out and was bumped and it fell. I walked in to see if he could replace it after explaining what happened. His response “if it didn’t happen inside buy a new one” Terrible response. There is a level of professionalism when running a franchise and this manager and his staff do not have it. When I said it’s a bad look for his business he said “oh well not my problem”.
