- ASAlima SesayMar 29, 20261.0Terrible customer service . All of the tables were dirty. I asked the man if they had a wet towel i can use to clean the table . The man with the colored orange reddish beard refused and told me to sit somewhere else . I asked you don’t have anything wet I can use ? As he is trying to wipe it with a dry cloth . He said no that I should move. Even the one he told me to move to was dirty. Mind you all of the tables were dirty. You guys barely have customers and couldn’t even wipe clean the table . So disgusting.

I placed a mobile order the app, and for some reason it was glitching and changed my oatmilk to regular milk. When I was the coffee was made with regular milk I politely explained my situation and asked if there was anyway they could please remake it with oatmilk to which they replied to me that there was nothing they could do. Only option was to go through the app. On top of that I was going to be left with no coffee bc I don’t drink dairy. So I had to spend another $5 on a brand new coffee that was made horrifically. It wasn’t a big ask to remake the coffee with oatmilk. I’d understand if they were busy but I was literally the only one there and they weren’t working on any other orders. They desperately need a team who understands customer service.
