    53 cents for a ranch AT THE RESTAURANT should be criminalized. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and they had the audacity to ask me to pay for the sauce. Any restaurant doing that has lost my business.

    Poor service and inappropriate charge for sauce The customer service at this Wendy’s is very disappointing. The employees appear to lack proper training in basic customer service and often treat customers below reasonable expectations. This matches not only my personal experience but also what many other reviewers have mentioned. What really upset me, however, was being charged extra for the Ghost Pepper sauce. Charging for sauce already feels unreasonable, but what makes the situation worse is that this charge seemed unofficial and outside of standard policy. I was asked to pay cash for the sauce, which raises serious concerns about transparency and legality. If it’s not properly registered in their system, this practice is wrong and unacceptable. Overall, this location needs better customer service training and clearer, consistent policies. Until then, I would not recommend this store.

    I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I received just a bag with food and no drink when I got to the window. I waited at the window to get my drink, and then while the girl gave me my drink she reached into my bag and grabbed the fries she accidentally put in there. That is vile and disgusting. Oh and Wendy’s app has zero place to report any issues.
